Taking care of yourself – Well-being and weight loss.

Today, many young people struggle to take care of their bodies and feel good about themselves. Self-esteem and self-confidence begin with physical and inner health and well-being.

Our program supports young people on this journey: regaining energy, feeling better about their bodies, and developing self-confidence.

Through a variety of sports activities, workshops on nutrition and lifestyle habits, and personalized support, each young person can progress at their own pace in a caring and motivating environment.
